This residential project takes advantage of the transit-oriented rezoning of Mount Vernon West to create a higher density development within 10-minute walking distance of the Mount Vernon West MetroNorth station. Situated at the high point of Mount Vernon, a large, shared roof terrace allows for group gatherings with views south to Van Cortlandt and Pelham Bay Park.

A mix of unit types (studio,1,2 bedroom, 1-2 bath, flex room) are possible within the spatial module of the building, allowing for build-to-suit possibilities. All units have at least one generous balcony with a built-in planter. The mix of masonry and panelized façade materials brings a tactile human scale to the building.
